Delete a commission

Permanently deletes a commission and all its linked reports, regardless of existing relationships.

Permissions

• Required Permission: ADMIN
• Required Access Types: [ADMIN]

Business Logic

• Performs hard deletion of commission and all linked entities
• Cascades deletion to associated reports and related data
• No validation checks for linked resources (unlike soft delete)

Side Effects

• Permanently removes commission and all linked reports from database
• Cannot be undone once executed
• May affect other entities that reference the deleted reports

Error Handling

• Returns not found error if commission ID is invalid or inaccessible
